So What's In Your TBR?

You buy a book here, two or three there and before you know it, you have managed to accumulate a TBR.

They just sit there, stare at you, and say read me.

Okay they really don't, but that's what it feels like.

I know some people's TBR's are scarier than others *cough, cough* and keep buying books, adding to that pile.

Jess and I are both avid book buyers, so we have accumulated quite a collection.

So what's the newest ones added to your pile?

I don't have a huge pile like some(yeah I'm looking at you Jenn) I recently bought the new Kerrelyn Sparks and new Joss Ware (still have the first two in my TBR as well)

I can't help it! I see a book, it sounds good so I buy it....and another and another...

Ya know that kinda sounds a bit addict like...that should be worrisome, I think.

Nah! I think it's perfectly normal to have over 100 books just waiting to be read.

Heh.

I have made significant progess on reducing the size of my TBR pile in the last year. I have actually cut way back on book buying on purpose. I only buy books from my top 10 or so authors when they come out. Other than that, I share books with my sister. She likes the contemporary romances by authors such as Rachel Gibson, carly Phillips and Lori Foster. We both like erotica books but I am the one that likes paranormal romance. I am not a fan of Romantic Suspense but I do like to read an occasional historical romance book (Highlands, Regency.

Currently in my pile are Larissa Ione, Alexandra Ivy, Kerrilyn Sparks, Kressley Cole and Gena Showalter. Those have all been there for about a year or more because I keep buying my favorite author books and reading them first.

Who are your favorite authors and why?
